Nick Subich is the President and CEO of YTS Wealth Management, which he co-founded in 2019 with a mission to raise the standard of personalized wealth management. Known for his commitment to excellence and relentless work ethic, Nick consistently goes above and beyond for both his clients and his team. He believes that true leadership is measured by action and accountability, always striving to deliver more than expected.

Nick began his career at Lincoln Financial Securities before transitioning to LPL Financial in 2020. Since then, he has led YTS through transformative growth by prioritizing client service, innovation, and a results-driven culture.

Originally from Johnstown, PA, Nick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Lock Haven University. While in college, he played football and later served as an Infantry Officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He concluded his military service as the Company Commander of Bravo Company, 1/109th IN in Williamsport, PA. The values of discipline, integrity, and service continue to influence his leadership style and decision-making.

Under Nick’s leadership, YTS Wealth Management has expanded from $85 million to more than $1.5 billion in assets. His achievement shave earned him recognition such as Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors, Pittsburgh Smart Business 50, and Johnstown Magazine’s 35 Under 35.YTS has also been named one of the Best Places to Work in Western PA by the Pittsburgh Business Times and one of the Top 20 Wealth Management Service Providers by Financial Services Review Magazine.

Nick is actively involved in his community, serving on the Lock Haven University Foundation board. He lives in Murrysville, PA, with his wife Regina, their sons Anthony and Arthur, and their dogs Conan and Caroline. He enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Jordan grew up in the Chicago suburbs and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. Before joining YTS Wealth Management, Jordan held positions with a boutique investment and insurance firm in Chicago and was Vice President of ETF sales with First Trust Portfolios, where he consulted with some of the largest financial advisory teams in the country. He passed the Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 exams (currently held with LPL Financial), and holds life and health insurance licenses. With over 15 years of financial services experience, Jordan has tailored a wealth planning process that manages risk and provides predictability to families, business owners and young professionals.

Outsideof the office, Jordan is involved with the Pittsburgh Society of InvestmentProfessionals, is a member of the Pittsburgh Field Club, and serves as a boardmember of the World Salvation Center. He earned his Certified Financial Planner certification in 2007. In 2008 he earned the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. He continues to add value to his client relationships by continuing his educational pursuits in selected financial planning subject areas. To help his clients achieve the highest rate of success, Creig tries to offer access toa broad scope of investment planning ideas and financial solutions. As Vice President of Integration, Brina is responsible for developing training systems, leading all acquisition projects, and optimizing administrative operations to continuously improve and grow our organization. She advanced to Administrative Manager for all branch locations and was appointed Director of Integration and Training in December 2023.
