Nick Frazetta, a graduate of Plum High School and current Chief Operating Officer and Partner at YTS Wealth Management, is a strategic, solutions-driven leader recognized for his operational expertise and steadfast commitment to organizational excellence. Since joining YTS, Nick has played a pivotal role in optimizing internal processes, strengthening cross-department collaboration, and driving sustainable growth-efforts that led to his partnership in 2023 and subsequent promotion to COO.

Committed to giving back to his community, Nick annually supports the Plum High School baseball team by donating Nike cleats selected by team captains and has established a scholarship fund benefiting student-athletes in his hometown.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending time with his family.
