Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage document handling through scanning, emailing, faxing, and e-filing.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Facilitate the opening of new accounts and associated processes.
- Process and address account service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Answer client phone calls and provide professional support as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Wealthbox CRM, and Monday.com for daily tasks and project management.
- Travel periodically to new office locations to support development initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new Financial Advisors during M&A projects.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
